At Akhtar’s Arena, we take great care in packaging and delivering every fragrance with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of perfume and attar products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Return Policy

Perfumes and attars are considered personal care products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Once delivered, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the request, please email us at:

Include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened perfume or attar bottles
• Used fragrance products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

• The product is out of stock after purchase, or
• The order is cancelled before shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
